These terms apply to the Palm Hour app developed by UGRAX. By using the app you agree to them. The English version is the binding version.

1. The app

Palm Hour is a desk clock with world cities and a focus timer. The clock, world cities, the 25-minute focus timer, and breaks are free.

2. Pro Yearly subscription

• Pro Yearly unlocks every theme, unlimited custom timers, and removes ads. The price is shown in the app before purchase (for example $3.99 per year; local prices may differ).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically every year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

3. Free extras

• One custom timer per day is free. More custom timers need Pro Yearly.
• The Tokyo Cyber theme can be opened for 6 hours by watching an optional rewarded ad.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell, or try to bypass purchases or ads in the app.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep times and timers accurate, but we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free. Do not rely on Palm Hour as your only alarm for critical events.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Apple users

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar UGRAX tarafından geliştirilen Palm Hour uygulaması için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bağlayıcı sürüm İngilizce metindir.

1. Uygulama

Palm Hour; dünya şehirleri ve odak sayacı olan bir masa saatidir. Saat, dünya şehirleri, 25 dakikalık odak sayacı ve molalar ücretsizdir.

2. Pro Yıllık abonelik

• Pro Yıllık tüm temaları ve sınırsız özel sayacı açar, reklamları kaldırır. Fiyat satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir (örneğin yılda 3,99 $; yerel fiyatlar farklı olabilir).
• Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Kimliğinizden veya Google Play hesabınızdan alınır.
• Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse her yıl otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• Aboneliği App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
• İadeler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yapılır.

3. Ücretsiz ekstralar

• Günde bir özel sayaç ücretsizdir. Daha fazlası için Pro Yıllık gerekir.
• Tokyo Cyber teması, isteğe bağlı bir ödüllü reklam izlenerek 6 saatliğine açılabilir.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeyin, yeniden satmayın; satın almaları veya reklamları atlatmaya çalışmayın.

5. Garanti yoktur

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Saatlerin ve sayaçların doğru olması için çalışırız ancak uygulamanın hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Kritik olaylar için tek alarmınız olarak Palm Hour'a güvenmeyin.

6. Sorumluluk

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Apple kullanıcıları

Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.
